Our Company Policies
Our Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days (in resalable condition if applicable) for a credit or refund, less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us prior to returning items for return instructions. Please ship returns prepaid by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other traceable means.
Please note that Custom Orders are generally NOT returnable, except in cases of our error or quality issue. We cannot resell an item with your dogs name or your design on it... so please verify that size and design are exactly what you want.
Shipping: We ship orders as soon as possible. Because all our items are made in house and we are constantly travelling to different shows, it may take a week or so for Non-Custom Orders to be shipped. Custom & Special Orders ship time will vary depending on the items. Please contact us for questions on delivery.
Most shipments are FOB West Des Moines, IA, USA and subject to availability. Shirts, sweatshirts and sublimation items may take 7 to 10 days to produce and ship. Our Customer Service department will contact you if items you ordered are not available for shipment within these timeframes. Please note: Items ordered together are not always shipped together.
International Shipments: It is the customer's responsibility to pay any customs duties, brokerage charges, or other fees that may be added by your customs authority or shipping carrier.
Who We Are: Witchwynds Designs is a small family owned business based in West Des Moines, Iowa. Your credit card statement will show "Witchwynds" or "Witchwynds Designs"
Unforeseeable Delays: The Internet is a global network that is not maintained by any one entity, company or person. It is possible to experience outages and delays on the Internet beyond our control or knowledge. We will strive to inform customers of possible delays, however we cannot offer any guarantees nor accept any liabilities or consequences caused by these circumstances.
Payment Terms: We accept orders mailed in with check or money-order or credit card orders over the phone. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover or can send you a Paypal invoice. Your credit card will normally be charged when your order is ready to be shipped.
Please supply both a phone number and an email address so that we may contact you if we have questions about your order. Invoices and tracking information can be provided when your order is shipped.

State Sales Tax: We are required to collect sales tax for all shipments in Iowa.
Pricing Policy: Prices in our online catalog supersede all other prices and are subject to change without notice. If we offer a Special Sale or pricing at a show, it may not be available on our website, and vice versa.
Discounts & Coupons: Occasionally, we may have discounts, coupons, or special offers. In all cases these promotions will carry specific instructions regarding their validation and redemption and are subject to change without notice.
International Orders: We will accept international orders at this time. Order acceptance is at our discretion and we may choose to not ship to some areas. This policy applies to the billing and/or shipping destination.
